L-Glutamine

Adults consume 1 x daily a slightly heaped measuring spoon (approx. 3 g) dissolved in 200 ml of still water.

The powder can be consumed on an empty stomach or after a meal. It can also be mixed with fruit juice. Close the can again after opening.

Do not exceed the recommended intake. A food supplement is not intended as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a Healthy lifestyle. Store out of the reach of small children!
