The golden time window!
After exercise, the body has about 30 minutes to optimally absorb amino acids and other nutrients.
Immediately after training or after physically intensive work, the body is in an anabolic phase in which it is particularly receptive to nutrients. During this period, the muscles are programmed to absorb amino acids quickly in order to initiate repair processes, promote muscle building and accelerate recovery.
A targeted intake of essential amino acids supports protein synthesis and can help to prevent muscle breakdown. Whey protein is particularly effective as it has a high biological value and is quickly digestible. Whey quickly supplies the body with essential amino acids, especially branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), which also support muscle regeneration.
A timely supply of protein can also help to prevent muscle soreness and exhaustion by initiating regeneration at an early stage. The glycogen stores emptied during training can also be replenished particularly efficiently with carbohydrates during this phase.
Timing is everything, this is how your body regenerates best.
Why aminosport®?
The body consumes more energy than normal, especially during sporting or heavy physical activity. Physical exertion, loss of sweat, malnutrition and increased oxidative stress can therefore quickly lead to an increased need for micronutrients. With regard to optimal metabolic function and physical fitness, athletes are therefore even more dependent on a good supply of amino acids and other micronutrients than non-athletes.
The maintenance and function of all metabolic processes in our body as well as the build-up and replacement of endogenous substances are linked to a good supply of amino acids, vitamins and other micronutrients. A good micronutrient status therefore ensures optimum physical and mental performance.
Due to their increased energy expenditure, competitive athletes in particular have an increased need for micronutrients, which cannot usually be adequately covered by their diet. An inadequate supply of amino acids, vitamins and other micronutrients is observed in particular in athletes who permanently restrict their energy intake.
Optimal supply for maximum performance.
aminosport® offers the athlete a unique composition of whey protein and free, immediately available amino acids and micronutrients to optimally support the crucial repair, build-up and recovery phase and to make sport what it is intended for, namely to become and remain healthier and more efficient.
